PAYMENT

RevoSpin accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production times for 360 packages and platforms platforms is approximately 30 Days. Custom printed enclosures is approximately 2-3 week turn around time. Please note this is an estimated time for production.

HANDLING TIME

All other product handling times are approximately 4-7 business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for international deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply. 

While your order is being processed and delivered we encourage you not to book events during this time until you have confirmation of receiving your booth. RevoSpin is not responsible for any missed events that you may have.

We use local freight carriers for 360 packages and platforms to insure your product arrives safely. After the product has been shipped, delivery time frames can range between 5-7 business days for freight shipping.

USPS, UPS, FedEx for other products economy shipping time frames are 3-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom fabrication of the 360 RevoSpin's returns will not be accepted. In some cases, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return it. We will accept the return request as long as it is in the original packaging and we will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 30% re-stocking fee plus you pay for the shipping.

Incorrect or defective shipments must be returned in new condition and packaging to receive a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item. If we feel the goods have been used or in tampered condition, further action may be required to support a valid refund claim.
